Welcome! We are so glad you and your club have decided to take the first steps in training for a 5K. During the next eight weeks we will explore fitness, nutrition, and the goal-setting process through training to run a 5K. And most importantly, you will gain confidence and competence to continue making healthy choices long after you cross that finish line.

 

Find a safe place in your neighborhood or community where you can run and practice proper social distancing. Follow along with us each week and join others from schools and organizations across the Triad by Saturday, November 14, 2020 in completing your own 5K.
